ELEVVA
Redesigning core dashboard sections and introducing stock management to support data-driven decisions for sellers.

Overview
Elevva is a Latin American eCommerce company that grows by acquiring and partnering with other businesses, helping brands scale through better product selection, pricing, and innovation. Its seller-facing platform is organized into six core sections: Metrics, Sales, Listings, Products, Files, and Integrations. While these covered users' basic needs, the depth and accuracy of the data available to sellers wasn't enough to support strategic decisions — and a critical workflow, stock management, was missing entirely.

Solution
Redesigned key dashboard sections and introduced a new stock management module, built within the existing Ant Design system.

Result
Sellers gained direct access to inventory data for the first time, and the home section became a functional, action-oriented entry point.

Process
The work was organized around three priority areas: product and listing details, stock management, and the platform's home (Metrics section). For each, I audited existing data sources to identify gaps, then designed wireframes within the constraints of the Ant Design component library to keep development consistent. Throughout the project, I worked closely with the technical lead and development team to validate feasibility alongside design intent, and ran a user survey to align the new home experience with real needs — adjusting initial assumptions where the data pointed elsewhere.

Solution
The product and listing detail views were redesigned with improved data visualization for sales, inventory, and performance metrics.

A new stock management section was introduced, giving sellers direct visibility into inventory levels for the first time.

Finally, the Metrics section was rebuilt into a functional homepage with quick-action buttons for common tasks, all within the existing Ant Design system to ensure a smooth handoff to development.

Impact
Sellers gained direct access to stock data for the first time, closing a long-standing gap in their ability to make inventory and fulfillment decisions. The redesigned Metrics section turned the home into a functional starting point, reducing the steps needed to perform common actions. Because the new sections were built within the existing Ant Design system, the development team was able to ship them without rework.
Reflection
My time at Elevva was a unique opportunity to explore the intersection of stock management, logistics, and visual design. Even though I was only with the team for around six months, I thoroughly enjoyed it, as the sole designer on a new product, I never felt isolated thanks to the close collaboration with the development team.
